Outdoor sauna in SW Portland

Cedar warmth. Open sky. A little space to be still.

Concept rendering of the planned cedar sauna, cold plunge and garden seating — Concept rendering. Final design may vary.

In the making.

Our vision is an outdoor cedar sauna within a nature-immersive garden at the former Jade River Healing Arts property in Raleigh Hills. Mature greenery and garden seating will make the surroundings part of the experience, not just the backdrop.

The sauna is planned alongside a steam room, cold plunge and hot soaking. We're designing a place to warm up, slow down and connect with other wellness-minded neighbors through Portland's seasons.

Design and permitting began in July 2026. Construction is planned for spring 2027, with opening targeted for Fall 2027. Stillwater is not yet open; reservations, temperatures and visit details will be announced closer to opening.

Stillwater will be 18+, phone-free, and swimsuit-required in all shared areas.
